** CONDITIONING & WEIGHT TRAINING **
Every Monday in June, July and August.  Conditioning starts at
6pm on the West side of building weather permitting.  Weight
training at 7pm in the Weight Room..all attending must have a
waiver signed by a parent on file.  
No wavier no weight training!
